Another of my brother's favourite dish - sweet and sour pork
Ingredient
pork
tomato ketchup
oil
potato starch
Marinate
sugar
oyster sauce
soy sauce
dash of pepper
sesame oil
Method
1. Cut pork into small pieces then marinade overnight with the marinate
2. Coat potato starch over the pork and leave for 10 mins
3. deep fry the pork, remove all the oil in wok before returning the pork
4. pour tomato ketchup over the pork stir over low fire till coated.
5. Serve
