I have been trying to make bread specially after getting the "Bread Bible" book by Rose Levy Berambaum .... I have not had the courage to make any at this moment.
Meanhile, I have been admiring other people's bread like this:

Ingredients :
160 ml water
¼ tsp salt
20 g butter
60 g cream cheese
2 tbsp sugar
250 g breadflour
20 g milk powder
1 ¼ tsp dry yeast
Method :
Place all ingredients in the bread pan, set to Basic.
You will get a whole loaf at the end of the cycle!!
Verdict: This recipe is definitely a keeper. The texture is so soft and stays soft
