After going for a class on bread making, i can finally understand the art of kneading a bread.
We had some hands-on on kneading and it helped answered some of my fear about kneading bread.
I hated bread dough sticking on my hands, thus till now i have not really knead bread, most of the time its done by bread machine.
Today i mixed bread by my mixer and used my hand to shape the buns .... the feeling was amazing!!
You can feel the elasticity of the bread as you shape them, looking at how they rise after shaping was also a pleasure
