After trying in vain to get the book "Natural bread made easy" from the library, I finally found it in my recent trip to Guangzhou.
Imagine how happy i was!! But never quite get to made the bread ..... till now
Here's what i had made
The 1st batch was burnt on the top as i had put it on the top rack, only the 2nd batch (put at lower rack) looks better
The bread was very soft, even my hubby who usually critise my bread says its nice and soft
The temperature and time for baking was reduce as a result of using 17 hr fermentation dough
