Natural bread is not easy to get here, usually there are additives .... not sure exactly what are they!!
Also, they don't really taste nice.
So what i did was to make a loaf of bread myself using "17hour pre frement bread"
This method is prefect for winter as i do not need to wait for the 1st proofing, just put the dough into the fridge!!
So here's the bread .... it cannot achieve a full square but so far that's one of the best i made heheh ... still learning
