This morning, i managed to get some silver fish from the market. So i decided to prepare silverfish omelette, but my girl refuse to eat the last time, so i have decided to hide it in the sushi rice.
Fried silverfish omelette
3 eggs
200g of silverfish, rinsed
1 tsp fish sauce
dash of pepper
Method
1. Beat egg thoroughly, followed by silverfish, fish sauce and pepper
2. Pan fry the egg mixture on a heated wok/pan
3, Sliced the egg omelette into small piece for use in sushi
Sushi rice
1. place the sliced silverfish omelette with diced cucumberand sesame seeds followed by 2 tbsp of mayonaise
2. Cook sushi rice then add sushi vinegar into the rice mixture. Assemble the sushi rice when rice is cooled
3. Assemble the sushi by putting some rice into the mould, folowed by silverfish filling then top up wiht more rice
4. Decorate with sesame seed
