Just watched cooking programme by Sam Leong, decided to try out the recipe when i found live prawns at the market
Ingredient
Live prawns 500g
Stout
chinese cooking wine
dang gui 3 slices
wolfberries 10 pcs
spring onion
coriander
soya sauce
ginger slices
Put everything into a container and shake together
Heat up a pot till hot and pour everything in and cover
Open the cover when prawns are cooked
