I am not very into Keuh Bangkit, somehow the positive reviews on HUgbear's recipe was overwhelming!!
I was inspired to make them
The texture was crumble with melt in the mouth texture upon chewing
After a few failures, here's what i had learnt:
1. Always keep extra flour and coconut milk
2. The dought texture will determine how "crumbly" will the cookie be
3. The flour will take a while to react aftre adding coconut milk, do it in small amount. A small amount can make the dough too wet (that's the reason why some fails, which i did)
